Jim Butler has been actively involved in the development of distributed control and monitoring systems since 1991. Jim is Chief Technology Officer of Cimetrics Inc., a company that focuses on applying networked building systems technology to improve building performance. Jim served as manager of the BACnet Testing Laboratories and as a member of the BACnet committee (ASHRAE SSPC 135).
