Mr. Baker is a Sr. Principal Systems Engineer, at BAE Systems, Network Systems and is currently Program Engineering Manager for several System of Systems Integration projects including homeland security and defense intelligence projects, Smart Grid/AMI, and research projects. His 36 years of energy experience include C4ISR/modeling & simulation/RF systems integration; intelligence community all source analysis; critical infrastructure protection at FBI and DHS; cogeneration development, conservation auditing and R&D projects; energy policy; federal energy savings performance contracting and demand side management projects; and in-depth US Navy energy and facilities construction experience.
